Buying Checklist
The fastest way to brief an elevator supplier for quotation.
← Back to News Center
Share building type, product route, shaft limits, load, stops and deadline in one message.
Put the selection inputs on one page
A concise supplier brief should state the building type, project location, product category, quantity, load, stops, travel height and shaft limits. Add the required delivery date and the local standard or approval route.
Attach drawings and photographs instead of describing complex shaft conditions only in email. Mark dimensions that are fixed and identify items that still need an engineering recommendation.
Make the requested output explicit
State whether you need a budget estimate, technical selection, formal quotation, drawing review or OEM proposal. This helps the supplier return the right level of detail.
