A structured confirmation process reduces back-and-forth during model selection, finish approval and documentation review.

Define the controlled specification

OEM projects move faster when the distributor first confirms the target market, product category, technical envelope and brand requirements. A controlled specification should identify which items are fixed and which items may be customized.

Cabin finishes, operating panels, nameplates, manuals and packaging artwork should be reviewed against one approved reference. This prevents production files from drifting between sales, engineering and purchasing teams.

Approve in a clear sequence

Technical drawings should be confirmed before decorative samples and export documents. Every change after approval should be recorded with its effect on price, lead time and packing.
