Describe the complete goods route
Capacity alone does not define a freight elevator. The engineering team also needs the maximum goods dimensions, pallet or trolley size, loading method and daily operating frequency.
If a forklift or vehicle enters the car, share axle loads, turning space and the landing-floor condition. Door width and height should be selected around the real load route, not only the nominal car size.
Protect the car and building interfaces
Wall protection, floor material, door construction and landing controls should match the handling process. Confirm whether goods movement crosses public areas or requires access control.
