Showroom Visit
What overseas buyers can prepare before a showroom meeting.

Bring drawings, building photos and target quantities to make technical discussions sharper.
Bring the project information that changes selection
A showroom visit is most useful when the discussion is tied to a real project. Bring building drawings, shaft dimensions, site photographs, target quantities and the planned delivery market.
List the decisions that remain open, such as drive route, door arrangement, capacity, finishes, certificates or private-label requirements. The team can then prepare the relevant samples before the meeting.
Leave with clear next actions
Record which drawings, samples and commercial inputs each side will provide after the visit. A short action list is more useful than a general factory tour.
- Building drawings and site photographs
- Product categories and quantities
- Target market and standards
- Finish or branding references
- Required proposal date
